Record, Watch, and Manage Meeting Recordings

Start a Recording

  1. During a meeting, click on the three dots menu button at the bottom menu.
  2. Select “Start Recording.”
  3. Confirm your choice by clicking “Start Recording” in the dialog box.

A notification and an audible voice will confirm that the recording has started.

Note: You can initiate multiple recordings during a single meeting.

Stop a Recording

  1. To stop recording, click on the three dots menu button at the bottom menu.
  2. Choose “Stop Recording” from the options.

A notification and voice will confirm that the recording has been stopped.

Watch and Download Recordings

  1. Navigate to the “Meeting” area within your workspace.
  2. Locate the desired meeting in the meeting list.
  3. Select “Watch Recording” from the action menu for that meeting.
  4. The recording will play automatically.

If there are multiple recordings from the meeting, use the forward and backward arrows on your keyboard to navigate between them.

To download a recording, click the “Download” button at the top of the viewing page while watching.

Delete Recordings

  1. Go to the “Meeting” area in your workspace.
  2. Find the meeting in the meeting list.
  3. Choose “Delete Recordings” from the action menu for that meeting.
  4. Confirm the deletion to proceed.
